Early on

Tom was born and raised in Los Angeles near the film industry. He attended Beverly Hills High School where he was exposed to media service classes, in which he worked on local productions that were broadcast on the first cable channel in the area – the Z channel.

While still at Beverly Hills High, Tom also took electronics classes and participated in Science Fairs; he won several awards for his creations.

Tom’s passion for music is what initially exposed him to audio engineering, which inspired a lifelong love of all things audio. Tom has always been ahead of the technological curve, whether that be in the beginning of his career during the analog era or throughout the current digital era. He continues to embrace new technologies.
